RETURNS & REFUNDS
KOF – Built to perform. We create products designed for movement, quality, and long-term use. Before placing an order, we encourage you to carefully review the size guide and product description.
RETURN CONDITIONS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- the item has not been worn or washed
- the item is in its original condition
- all tags are intact
- (if applicable) hygiene seals or protective liners have not been removed
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
IMPORTANT FITTING GUIDELINES
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all customers, please:
- try on items on clean skin or over underwear
- avoid contact with makeup, perfume, or deodorant
Items showing signs of wear (such as odors, stains, or stretching) will not be accepted.
HYGIENE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned if opened or used, including:
- underwear
- socks

REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse a refund if the conditions are not met
- reduce the refund amount if the value of the item has decreased
